Finally after 13 years of being banned unreasonably, as pres. Rouhani’s trip to New York(!), this movie got its authorize to release unexpectedly.

The director said: the story is simple; my cell phone rang, and one of the nice guys in the Ministry of Culture told me that the authorization for Kavir-e Marg (Dead Heat under the Shrubs) will be issued… just this!
I’m still undecided… celebrating the late succes, or regret the lost time?!
